【注意喚起】当社および当社社員を装う詐欺について

昨今、ソーシャルメディア上において、当社との関係を装う、もしくは当社の許諾を得ていると称する人物の存在が複数確認されております。これらの人物は、架空または違法な投資案件を持ちかけるケースが多く、あたかも魅力的な投資機会であるかのよう装い、不正に資金を詐取することを目的としていると考えられます。

ご注意ください：当社は、LINE、WhatsApp、Facebookなどのソーシャルメディアを通じて、営業活動を行うことは一切ございません。また、個人向けに投資案件の宣伝や勧誘を行うこともございません。なお、本件につきましては、すでに警察署に告訴状を提出しております。

当社および当社社員を名乗る不審な電話、メッセージ、メールなどにより投資勧誘を受けた場合は、十分にご注意ください。個人情報を開示されたり、金銭の支払いを行われないようお願いいたします。

万が一、詐欺被害に遭われた可能性がある場合には、速やかに警察までご相談ください。

There has been an increase in the number of individuals on social media platforms claiming to be associated with or authorized by Houlihan Lokey, typically to promote sham investment schemes or other unlawful investment activity. The purpose of this deception is usually to obtain funds unlawfully under the false pretext of attractive investment opportunities.

Please note: Houlihan Lokey does not communicate directly with potential clients via LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, or other social networks and is never involved in the promotion of retail investment opportunities. Houlihan Lokey has filed a criminal complaint with the police in Tokyo. 

If you receive unexpected calls, messages, or emails promoting any such schemes purporting to be from Houlihan Lokey, please be especially cautious. Do not disclose any personal information or make any payments.

If you suspect that you have been the victim of fraud, please contact the police immediately.
